would suit students from either univeristy of cumbria or lancaster university - x1 stop 100 yrds away, very handy for station, ideal for potential school placements. Proffesionals would also be welcome.

i have lived in lancaster as a student for four years and in this property for 3. I'm looking for peaceful, friendly lodgers that i can trust in my home.
