The market town of axminster is 1mi away with shops, inns, restaurants, sports centre and the famous river cottage shop recently opened by hugh fearnley whittingstall. The axe valley provides lovely walking opportunities and there are many coastal walks along the dorset and east devon heritage coastline. Charmouth, bridport, lyme regis, sidmouth, beer and branscombe are all within easy reach. There are many local attractions including abbotsbury, crealy, bicton park, burrows farm gardens and national trust properties including killerton and knightshayes court and guests are sure to enjoy returning home after a busy day out.

Lounge/kitchen/diner: stylish and contemporary the living room has polished hard wood floors, comfy sofas, television, freeview, dvd and woodburner (1st basket of logs included) making this a cosy retreat whatever the season. Kitchen area with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and cloths washer and drier. Outside: small private garden with outside table, chairs and bbq.
