Large garden to the rear with decked area, doubling as an exercise equipment area in summer, plenty of seating approximately 30 seats, well kept lawn and flower beds ,large patio/bbq area and enclosed hot bathtub. 1 other occupant a 5 year old black labrador, who when he isn't asleep or eating is mad ,but totally friendly, well very friendly very nice natured dog with energy, but he stays down stairs at all times. Not available until mid february, person must be in full time work, must remain so throughout their stay or be able to show means of support. Must be clean and tidy ,a cleaner is at present doing a few hours on a friday for all the basic jobs but house must be kept tidy in between
