Stockport, cheshire i live in a large victorian house and have just finished refurbishing a double ensuite room.

Additional Details:

the room comprises of fitted wardrobes, (new) double divan bed, bedside tables, mirror etc with television aeriel point. All linen supplied. The ensuite has (new) shower cubicle (new) toilet and basin, fully tiled.

the kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons.
pots, pans, cutlery supplied right down to tea towels and washing up liquid. The kitchen is kept to a high standard by myself.

at the rear of the property there is a large car park(the house used to be a guest house)with decking for anyone to enjoy and relax with a glass
of wine.

the house is situated on the a6, hence upvc windows throughout. The 192 bustop is just outside, davenport station five mins walk, stockport town centre just down the road as is the m60 motorway.

as a live in landlady i have my own private living quarters, if ever there is a problem my door is always open.

i would prefer someone who is on a 6 mnths contact, if the contract is not renewed then there is no problem with a weeks notice

we are a friendly household but we all have busy lives so i must admit we can go a good few days without seeing 1 another. We do respect one
anothers privacy and we all like peace and peaceful.

references are essential as we like to know who we are living with and the same goes for the future tenant.
