Bolton, lancashire i am renting a completely furnished double room in the semi detached 3 beds house (at beaumont chase) where i am the live in landlord.

There are no other housemates living at the house apart from myself, which makes it easier to share space in the fridge and free's up the bathroom in the morning, aswell as ensuring theres no overcrowding. The house has a spacious garden and off parking on street or parking garage available. The house also has a 3rd bedroom which has been converted to a study, wireless broadband and a fully installed security system.

the house consists of a newly furnished living room (with large flatscreen television, sky television, leather sofas, playstation 3, live fireplace etc.) and a spacious kitchen.

there are also 2 baths (one on the ground level and 1 on the first floor). Being three minutes drive from junction five of the m61 means there are excellent motorway links, ideal for someone who may need to commute out of/into bolton by car. There are also no restrictions on parking outside the house.

my current housemate will be moving out on 15th april 2012, hence the room being available on or after that date.
