we are 2 friendly professionals living in oldland common near warmley/bitton, only six minutes away from keynsham. Shops and local ammenities walkable distance and lots of local pubs, as well as great shopping complex close by.
there is plenty of countryside and beautiful walks if you like getting out and about, and we live opposite the bristol-bath cycle track so cycling to and from the city is possible.
bristol and bath city centre are both a short commute by bus or car and we have strong bus links, and live a few minutes away from keynsham railway station. We are ideally situated for warmley, kingswood, frenchay and longwell green.
the room is small but cosy with small double bed at rear of house overlooking garden, and comes with memory foam mattress and built in wardrobe.
the house is a lovely little cottage with lounge, kitchen/dinner and 2 beds and bathroom. House comes with broadband and sky television with large wall mounted flat screen in the lounge to share.
state of the art house with all the mod cons of double glazing, central heating, and wooden flooring throughout! Shared bathroom that has seperate bath and free standing rainforest power shower.
we lead busy lifestyles so the lodger would need to be independant and able to make themselves at home, but at the same time you'd be welcome to join us on outings/trips to the pub etc if you so wished.
we have a cleaner that comes twice a week, and we are clean and tidy people so you would need to be too.
the rent would need to be paid monthly in advance and the price of the room depends on whether or not you are bringing your own pets.
