Additional Details:
Double bedroom, newly carpeted and decorated with off road parking. Sole use of the bathroom as there are 2 baths in the house (rent is negotiable between 75 - 90 for a single person, more for couples etc.). We have broadband (limited usage) and a 100ft long garden which can be used for jogging and barbeque. We are friendly and easy going. The bus stop is literally outside the house. You can smoke in the garden but not inside the house. I am looking for a student or working professional to live with my two children. Birmingham city centre is only five miles away via bus route 45 or train. The m42 and m40 is roughly a few miles away. Will accept monday - friday stay also.
