This room does have a directly connecting door to the fully fitted state of the art bathroom with shower over bath, this bathroom is shared with my other tenant although via an additional door from the main hall, both doors are fully lockable. This double room has 2 large built in double wardrobes plus chest of drawers & vanity/computer desk & double bed. The decoration is recent and in very good order. Freeview & satellite signals are available in this room. I am looking for a single person & asking a rent of 80 per week for these 2 rooms which does include using the fully fitted kitchen & the ususal bills so all you need to find would be your own food.

A small state of the art purpose built apartment block of twelve units equipped with a lift & located in a very peaceful area on the most northern outskirts of st leonards on sea. The road is a cul de sac with no through traffic hence the reason for its peace. The peaceful position is 1 of the reasons for my original purchase. The building does have its own car park.
there is a bannatynes health club just 2 minutes by car and the main line station at battle which runs to london is 5 minutes by car @ which there is a car park. There are bus services running past & not through this small respectable residential area.
