we have lived here for the past two years and the only reason we are selling is due to the fact we have both changed jobs and work in a different area. If we could pick our house up and move we would! The area is ideal for everyone families, elderly, young professionals. There are a ral mix of people that live in the area but everyone is peaceful and friendly. We have experienced no problems since living here and are neighbours are so peaceful we forget they are there!
in terms of amenities we are situated five minutes from the main hospital, two minutes from the council and five minutes from the supermarket, all are within walkable distance. Walking into the centre of truro takes ten minutes so there really is no need to drive anywhere.
