We share our house with our pet jug trixy. She is friendly and well behave.
The room is complete furnished. If required, we can provide beddings for the single bed in the room.
we have a open plan lounge and dinning room, it is cosy and warm as we have one wood burning fire in the lounge and one open coal fire with contemporary surround in the dinning room. There is a fully fitted kitchen and adjoint to a bathroom and toilet. We will be fitting a large shower in the bathroom in the very near future.
the house also has gardens to the front and rear that consist of a decking area. Our garden is a sun trap that we have constant sunshine during summer which is ideal for bbq and sun bathing.
there is a parking space for one car outside the house, we can take turn to park our cars outside that space if require. Alternatively, there is plenty of parking spaces across the village green that is available for us to use.
there are very good transport links in the area with buses to crewe and sandbach that runs regularly. The m6 just 5mis away, crewe and its railway station just about one mile away. It is also near to the manchester metro. University's crewe green campus. There are a few country pubs nearby that is within the walking distant from our house.
we are a friendly bunch, i am a secondary school teacher, husband is a nurse in leighton hospital and our girl is attending high school. We enjoy home made english and chinese foods, art & craft, gardening, watching television or walking the dog. We are clean, tidy and only smoke outside. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and will respect our property and the people that live in it. Someone who is easy going and wants a peaceful household would be an ideal.
