the house has a south facing private garden so full sun all of the day(bedroom facing)in the summer with lawn and a patio/decking area with a bbq and fire pit.
i'm looking for a housemate or 2 that is looking to call this share a home in the bilston / wolverhampton area and would like to make a few new friends along the way.
its a very quick walk to the town center and shops(aprox five mins walk)here you can also get connections to transport links like the tram, train and main bus station to connect you in a short time to a number of places like birmingham / dudley / walsall or nationwide very easily. By car the home is just off the black country route so easy to get to other towns and all major motorways in 10/15mins.
ideally you should be a professiional that is easy going and will get on with others as i want to have a family atmosphere as its still home to me, i'm not looking to have a bedsit/hotel feeling.
i'm having to let out the rooms due to circumstances and not doing this as a business so looking for people that will also treat this as a home and respect each other and my property as well as each others personal space.
its important we all get on with each other and feel at home in a place we can call home. 1 thats fun and a space we find safe and easy to relax in and maybe share the odd glass of wine now and again lol.
