The rest of the accommodation includes a fitted kitchen with a dining room and a sitting area with a conservatory. To the outside of the cottage is a large garden area with 2 decked levels, a patio with outdoor furniture as well as off road parking for 3 cars. All the attractions of this part of the dales are on hand, and even the north york moors and city of york can be easily reached from high garth.

west witton is a small village in wensleydale, in the yorkshire dales national park. The village has 2 pubs, a well-stocked shop, and an attractive village green. Castle bolton is nearby, and forms part of the great views over rolling countryside on offer throughout the village. The market town of leyburn is four miles away, with middleham, aysgarth falls and the rest of the dales on the doorstep.
