We offer a relaxing bed and breakfast to travellers wanting a 1 night break in a journey down to cornwall to people looking for either a short or extended break in the west country as well as those that have work in exeter or okehampton. We also provide self catering holidays whether you want a base to explore devon or to spend a week lying by the pool. A warm welcome awaits you at hill farm bed and breakfast. Our rooms are luxurious the atmosphere is informal beds are supremely comfortable and breakfast delicious. Ideally situated a couple of miles off the a30 between exeter and okehampton the bed and breakfast is accessible while enjoying a tranquil location. Hill farm has been carefully up-to-date modernising bathrooms while keeping the character of the original devon farmhouse where appropriate to a quality bed and breakfast. ****important details: please note that we are unable to accept short notice on-line bookings without prior contact. Any booking made on-line should allow for at least a 48 hour notice period. If you want to check in either today or tomorrow please contact us directly to avoid any disappointment****
we have a first level ensuite smalle double room aran and upstairs are burcott (luxury double) connemara (twin/double) and rachel's room (a double). The moroccan themed bathroom at the top of the landing is luxuriously appointed. * please note that we are unable to accept short notice on-line bookings without prior contact. Any booking made on-line should allow for a 48 hour notice period. If you want to check in either today or tomorrow please contact us to avoid any disappointment*
the hot bathtub is outside and available all the year round please let us know if you would like to use it on arrival so that we can book a private session. We have an outdoor solar heated swimming pool available in the summer. There is no lifeguard and guests are asked to sign a disclaimer prior to use. The log cabin incorporates a sauna available most nights. We do require prior notice to ensure it is up to temperature.

Surrounded by a attractive deal of things to do from days at the beach tourist attractions beautiful walks historic buildings and dining at the finest restaurants and great pubs. Our favourite beaches are saunton sands and putsborough to the north and exmouth to the east. Both are roughly 45 minutes away.
