my home is state of the art and exceptionally clean. I am a friendly person who is easy to get along with.

i have one double unfurnished room to let in immaculate condition. The room is equipped with telephone point and aerial for freeview.

you will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, bathroom and carport. There will be some house rules in place in order to share the cleaning of these shared areas.

my home is situated on a very peaceful road in a brand new housing estate. There is a bus service that runs to all major areas of bedford. Local amenities are around ten minutes away on foot.

i would prefer someone that works regular working hours i. E. Nine to 5, monday to friday.
