Additional Details:
Previous lodger worked close to airbus in filton and reported a twenty minute commute.
as expected with a new house it is extremely well insulated so warm and cosy in the winter.
Would suit a professional working in bristol and returning home most weekends. Personal items can be left in the room over weekends.
sharing house with owner and 1 other lodger only. Bathroom only shared with 1 other person as owner uses ensuite. Downstairs cloakroom also available. Monday friday lets only, as owner will require use of room on some weekends for family / friends to stay - bed linen will be changed after each use. i'm a easy going individual who is usually out a few evenings a week. I am friendly and happy to be sociable but will also respect if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself.

*you have access to family bathroom, including, toilet, bath, power shower over bath and shaver socket. This is shared with 1 other lodger only.
*off street parking.

*large and light living room with double aspect windows and patio door to garden. Television with freeview and video disc player.
*kitchen / diner with cooker, microwave, fridge /freezer, cloths washer and television with freeview. You will have a separate cupboard to store your food items.
*downstairs cloakroom
*garden with patio furniture and gas barbeque. Contains cycle shed. Space for bicycle if required.
