Littleover, derbyshire i am letting a room in my newly refurbished house (new plaster, paint, carpets etc).
Additional Details:
The house is an edwardian end-terrace and retains many of the original features and is, in my obviously biased opinion, charming and well appointed.
the room is approximately twelve feet x twelve feet. You will have shared use of the kitchen and utility room, which includes: oven (5 ring gas hob and double electric oven), microwave, dishwasher, big fridge-freezer, cloths washer and tumble drier.
there is shared use of the bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower, cast iron roll-top bath, two separate sinks, wc etc.
you will also have shared use of the dining area with a large dining table and six chairs. The living room has a sofa and 2 armchairs, large television, with sky, wifi broadband, stereo, wii etc.
i will live in the house from monday to thursday afternoon whilst spending most weekends away. I'm very friendly and easy-going and would want to ensure any housemate felt 'at home'. So although i'm sociable, i do work quite long hours and spend most weekends away. There's a 21yr old professional male who has just moved in who is very easy going, well mannered and friendly.
