i will undertake interviews at this flat and your current home.
a months deposit will be required & your rent will be paid a month in advance.
apartment specifications general: off road parking space, fully central heated, double glazed, intercom/entrance security, sky television, internet access, 3rd floor apartment, no neighbors at sides or above. All neighbors good people & very very peaceful. Everything works and is in terrific condition. If something breaks i will replace it quickly.
entrance hall: space for coats, shoes, hats etc.
your double bedroom: en suit shower room, double fitted wardrobe, plenty of space & storage.
single bedroom: my room/study.
double bathroom with bath/shower.
living/dining/kitchen: expansive space with all state of the art facilities (fridge, freezer, cloths washer, plenty of storage area for food, cooking equipment etc etc)
the village facilities: petrol stations x 2, chemist, doctors, dentist, railway station, regular bus routes, chinese & indian take away, chip shop, charity bookshop (fantastic), 3 banks, three pubs, supermarket, fire/ambulance stations. Quirky, little market on saturdays (set throughout the village) & farmers market on 1st of every month.
breathtaking scenery and walks (including river walks)five minute in every direction. Awesome scenery in every direction withing ten minutes in car.
