bills: are the tenants responsibility. At the moment we pay around 100lbs each which includes council tax, electric and water. The flat has facilities so that you can connect your own internet and television if so required.
area: could not be more convenient! Amc cinemas, fraky and bennys and other numerous broadway plaza facilities are just opposite flat, virgin active gymnasium and large tesco store, dominos pizza and subway all within two minutes !!! Very close to nightlife and broad street canals. 5 ways railway station is five minutes and new street station is only a 15min walk away!!!
agency charges: this flat is managed by an agency and the tenant will have to incur the standard agency charges involved.
i am new to birmingham so i would be up for a beer or a chat anytime after work if you are that kind of person. If you need a gymnasium buddy, i am keen to start exercising again so feel free to drag me along. Internationals and students encouraged to apply as well. Ideal for smokers as en-suite room has a private balcony.
