is a homestay offer within a family home with 2 professional teachers ( married ) living with their son in a prestigious location in jesmond by the famous park jesmond dene near pets corner.
Additional Details:
Park & peacocks & city on the doorstep with busses on door step & metro taking you to all parts of the city & also a short metro ride to sunderland or tynemouth. ;)
buses and metro runs within less than a minutes walk of house. Access to gymnasium and sauna/jacuzzi available on request.
the bedrooms are tastefully and luxuriously furnished and offer five star luxury homestay experience for students and professionals from abroad and uk.
within the rooms are 4 poster super king size bed in double room
single leather sleigh bed in single room with 1000 thread-count luxury-egyption white cotton sheets bedding, towels and real lambs wool quilts and pillows.
flatscreen tv in double room on wall is 42 in
plasma television in single room is 32in.
sky television: 100 channels all sky sports and sky movies are availble including indian arbic and chinese television channels.
all central heating electric water included including three cooked meals and other services such as ironing and drive service and help with writing, university college school work & teaching & learning ironing and drycleaning, vegetarian meals offer and halal food and kosher optins availble upon individual request.
all food is freshly cooked.
price can be adjusted for those wishing to reduce certain services and is negotiable if dinners not included within the price.
all bills are paid & all food is within the weekly rental price and once you book for a 4 mnth period the payment must be paid upfront for those 4 mons 6 mnths - unless only staying for the week in that case you pay the min for the week of your stay.
we are popular with international students and have in past had five star ratings and been responsible for 16yr olds too. We are crb checked teachers and fully certified and rated ad hold professional teaching qualifications for secondary english teaching and university levels and can help with written work also upon request.
we get booked year in advance so book in advance as possible to avoid disappointment at start of each term. Students book us for 3/4 mnth academic terms. To avoid disappointment book or reserve now. Reserve is a ten percent deposit to secure your booking. Remainder is payable all in advance before arrival date.
all living room kitchen and garden, balcony and bathroom shared with family and you are like a family member, we look after you till you leave and hopefully within this time you will have had a pleasant stay. We take you out on meal nights and cinema too but do not wish anyone who is drinking or coming home drunk as there is a child in room and we cannot allow anyone other than a professional or mature sensible student.
we look after our guests and ask them in turn to lookafter our home as their own.
all bills and creature comforts and ben & jerry ice cream and chocolate haggen das included. We have an extensive library of books films and each room has x box and games.
