Kitchen: on the first floor with electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and cloths washer. Outside: large enclosed garden reached via 6 steps, with garden furniture and bbq. Amenities: parking for two cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. One dog welcome, two by arrangement. Location: beach 31mis, pub and shop ½ mile.
