Close to sutton coldfield, aston, also not far from m6 spaghetti junction and a38 aston expressway/ lichfield rd. The house is in a secluded and peaceful cul-de-sac despite the proximity to transport links and central brum.
the available bedroom has a king size double bed, and wardrobe. It also has sole use of the family sized bathroom with shower and toilet (both other bedrooms have their own ensuites). I am an easygoing 31 year old professional and am looking for a housemate to replace my current female tenant, an aston uni phd student who moves out on ninth december. There's 1 other guy here who is a professional using the place as a crash pad during the week only - so this place would suit someone pretty self-sufficient as i'm away a fair bit too. No preference as to gender, but it's definately a late 20's/ early 30's type house rather than a party house.
housemates need to keep the place clean and tidy and be respectful and peaceful if returning to the house after a night out - if you're nocturnal it's not the place for you! Overall it's a clean spacious and comfortable house which is brilliant for the city and transport links. Parking is available and it is a peaceful, safe cul de sac.
