It is also 5min away from the railway station. The double bedrooms are very spacious; with king size beds and a wardrobes, desks and bookshelves. The single room also has a desk, wardrobe and a bookshelf. The house has a complete furnished kitchen, with microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, washer / dryer. There is also a complete furnished living room with a 4-seater dedicated dining area area. There is wireless internet installed and a bt phoneline. The house is also double glazed and energy bills are low cost. Rent is only £45/week for the double rooms and £38/week for the single, excluding bills.
