Shared bathroom with me and my husband and we both go to work all day. Located in a beautiful peaceful, safe area. Furnished double and sunny room. I am looking for a house trained person who is considerate. Not: unrinating on the looseat, leaving piles of dirty plates in the kitchen, slamming the doors, shouting on the phone early in the morning/late at night, party animal host, hanging wet clothes in the bedrooms not opening small window everyday. Must adhere to 2 loads of wash only a week(some people wash 3pairs of socks & 3underpants everyday & leave lights on all day on a broad daylight, couldnt careless attitude!) shared broadband/internet connection. Gas burners and state of the art electric oven, microweb. Shared bath/shower/toilet and kitchen. Front and back garden, off street parking. Near all ameneties park, tescos, sainsbury,bus stop, teddington lock bridge to twickenham, minutes ride to richmond/kingston.
