I am looking for 1 other professional person to share my 3 beds house. There is me, my partner and a dog who is very friendly. There is shared use of state of the art kitchen and bathroom with shower. Utility room with cloths washer and dryer. The room has its own sofa/fridge freezer, broadband/wireless connection and television with freeview. The house has all facilities that you need to make life easy/comfortable and relaxing for you. There is a lovely large sunny garden and patio area. The house is in a quiet location but with bus and tram facilities to take you wherever you want. Basically i am looking to share with 1 other professional who is quite happy to chat but at the same time requires their privacy too! There is off street parking if you are a car owner, if not, then immediate access to bus services which will take you to the tram which is five minutes away! The tram will take you wherever you wish to go, any area of croydon/wimbledon/giving you access to central london. I myself commute to london everyday and find the journey very easy! If you are the sort of person who works in busy croydon or the city and would like some peace and quiet at the end of the day, then this is the room for you.
