Hello! I am very sad that my lovely flat mate will be moving out shortly, and so the time has come to find someone new to share my lovely flat with!

I live in alum chine just minutes from the beach (glimpses of the sea from the living room!) in a light, sunny and state of the art flat. The room for rent is a small double, including all furniture - the bed is brand new. The rent is £70 a week (which works out at £300 per month) plus bills which are £100 mon (the council tax is most of that!), the internet is free. The rent also includes an allocated parking space. It really is a lovely place to live! I'm a very relaxed, friendly person to live with, am very social, enjoy a good night out in town at the weekend, (but also appreciate an early night when needed!) and am equally happy curled up watching a film and having a girly chat over a glass of wine! I live down a great road where most of the girls here know each other and we often pop over each other's houses, cook each other nice meals, walks down the beach, and generally have a good laugh.
