Hey, we currently have a double room in our house on the upper newtownards road available.the room has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Additional Details:

Its a newly refurbished (march 09) victorian terrace. Very large kitchen, good size bathroom with seperate shower, down stairs wc, 5 beds (altho there will only be four of us), two reception, state of the art decor. There is a bus stop directly outside and it takes about ten mins to get to the city centre. We also have a front garden. Tescos is a two minimum walk up the road, as is a twenty-four-hour garage, a few take-aways, m&s and about 5mins to ballyhackamore. We are two girls and 1 guy, all pretty laid back, enjoy a good laugh. We like to have a drink at the weekends, but as we all work we arent into parties during the week. We all enjoy music and movies, and hanging out with our friends. We are looking for someone that would fit in with us well, and enjoys the same things as we do.
