Hi all! My housemate needs to move out at the end of the month due to personal reasons so i need a replacement asap to extend the tennancy.

Additional Details:

It's a great state of the art apartment only a ten minimum walk from piccadiliy train stn. You'd get your own double bedroom and your own toilet/bath/shower room. We'd then share a large kitchen/living room. There's also a free secure underground parking space included. It's available from the 26th dec which i realise is boxing day so not ideal, but you could move in from then to start the tennancy on jan first. It's got all mod cons, washer dryer, dishwasher, unlimited broadband, phone with free evening and wkend landline calls and bt vision (just like sky) with espn. (bills are £130 pm and there's a £150 admin fee for moving in) images to follow shortly. I'm a relaxed 25yo professional bloke who enjoys and active social life and is involved in the manchester music scene (but don't worry no loud music). I'm a big football fan (newcastle) and really enjoy watching other other sports and watching movies and television. I'm a smoker but don't smoke in the apartment btw.
