After my departure, the remaining occupant of the second of the 2 rooms within the flat will be a very friendly 23yr old young professional. He is very clean and tidy, non smoker, easy to get on with, and has many interests such as music, (writing and playing), sports etc. He regularly plays live solo sets in various venues, open mic sessions and has a terrific deal of enthusiasm for this and overall is a good person to live with. The bedroom is furnished with a pine double bed, pine wardrobe and 2 pine desks. It is reasonably large and has heating within. The living space is large and kitchen has all mod cons.
