Hi i'm actually looking to rent a place in bolton i am in the navy and live in bolton at the weekends, i'm looking for a flat mate yes but i'm looking to rent with someone rather than me have a lodger!

Additional Details:

I have a budget off £400 pcm (would like that to include utilities aswell so a house of around £500-£600 pcm would be good). I'm after a house rather than a flat, i have a dog and i like the odd cig so i really have no preference on either. My room mate will pretty much have the run of the house during the week as im only home on weekends and on leave periods so this could be a nice venture for someone who wants their own place but cant go it alone! I am social and i like to occasionally have friends round and bbq in the summer, i'm looking for a like minded person, weather they be male female what ever i don't mind just looking to have a place i can call home but have the security of it not being empty when i'm not there. I hope there is someone out there in the area who wants the same thing! Please get in touch.
