Hi, we have 2 rooms in a state of the art 6 bedrooms house available for rent from the of this month as our housemate is abandoning us to move in with her boyfriend.
Additional Details:
The room is at the back of the house so its pretty peaceful. The house itself is an old terraced house on a peaceful street (with parking if necessary)but it was up-to-date just before we moved in 2 yrs ago so its state of the art and easy to maintain. We have a large kitchen with a dedicated dining area room and a lounge/sitting area area also. The house is really bright as there are big windows in the living space. There are two baths in the house and 1 of the rooms has an en-suite. We have a nice back and front garden and all the usual amenities like cloths washer, dryer etc. The area is great for transport links, we're close to manor house station (picadilly), harringay (overground to moorgate or kings cross) and not too far from finsbury park station. The 341 (twenty-four-hour to waterloo via essex rd & angel), the 141 (to london bridge) and the 29/n29 (to trafalgar square via camden) all pass the end of our road. There is a large sainsbury's and a tesco express within five minimum of the house and lots of local vegetable shops and bakeries even closer. A bit about us: we are an english girl working in fashion, an irish girl working in healthcare, a northern irish guy who works as a tiler and 2 english guys 1 who works in it and 1 who's a civil servant. We're all pretty laid back, we do our own thing in the evenings and weekends so the house isn't as crowded as it sounds. We do stuff together as well, mainly its vegitating in front of the television but sometimes its pub quizes or going out together. What we're looking for: a guy or a girl, around our own ages (25-30), who will be considerate, clean and get on with everyone in the house. Someone who keeps similar hours to us would be great (9-5 monday to friday). Someone who will join in the fun of the house and not be too serious would be good.
