I am a active//friendly/easy going person so someone likewise would be great.

I am actually a live in landlord and it is my house so i'm looking for someone who knows how to clean up after themselves. Inside is very modernised and well decorated with a state of the art fitted kitchen and bathroom and separate diningroom and lounge. The spare room is recently decorated and has a double bed with duvet and sheets if nescessary. Their is a built in closet and set of separate drawers. There is no television in the room but there is a aerial point if you have your own. There is a television and dvd in the lounge though which is available to use. The yard is a good size with garden furniture and a garage at the bottom, which i use as a mini gymnasium and den (dartboard, stereo, couch, smith machine and lat pulldown machine). This would be available for you to use also. The whole house would be yours to use as i am not looking for someone who thinks they have to sit in their room all night. I am a smoker and welcome smokers but i do not allow people to smoke in the house including myself. It is parking on street if you have a car but the area is pretty peaceful. Anstey is a good village for young professionals with all amenities and is only a short bus ride to the city centre which usually takes about twenty minutes. All bills are included in the rent but i do not have a house phone.
