I am a professional person with a charming 2 beds cottage in a leafy suburb of bromley.

Additional Details:

Due to a change in circumstances i have moved out of area and will be away for up to two years. I would like to find a lodger or couple to live in my spare double bedroom, and effectively 'house-sit' while i am away. The cottage is furnished to a high standard and has both street parking and a driveway. It has a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, high-speed internet connection and sky +. I would return on the occasional weekend, hence the fact i want a lodger and not a tenant, however i estimate being there for no more than six weekends a year. Property is within three minutes walk of bromley north station and ten minutes of bromley south station so excellent transport links to central london. Bromley town centre and five pubs are all within easy walkable distance. My ideal tenant would be someone in either a professional, managerial or civil service position; however i will consider all applications. References are required. The lodgers(s) would have sole occupation of this cottage for everything bar the occasional weekend, and i believe that this represents fantastic value, especially if you are a couple looking for somewhere to live in the area, and i am sure that the 1st to view will rent.
