I currently stay within a beautiful complete furnished flat in hyndland, the west end of glasgow, i am looking to move out in the end of august 2009 but my current flatmate debbie who is a professional 26yr old is looking to take on a further 6 mnth lease for the property along with a new flatmate.
Additional Details:
This would involve a deposit of approximately £550 and a reference check through the property agency. If you decided to go for this it would be a 6 mon lease extendable monthly if required. The rent is broken down as follows: rent - £325.00 pcm tax - £80.00 utilty/gas/electric - £50.00 pcm bt vision/broadband/phone - £30.00 pcm total - £485 pcm all bills included (may vary dependant on use of gas etc). The room you would get is a large bedroom with a large double bed, furnished with the usual furniture, lighting images etc. The flat is complete furnished to a very high standard and is well decorated and very clean and tidy. It is located on novar drive in hyndland, in my opinion its the nicest area within the west end of glasgow, plenty on the onstreet parking and local shops. Hyndland railway station - two mins walk closet shop - five mins walk byres road - 15mins walk ashton lane - 15mins walk glasgow uni - 20mins walk bus route - 5mins walk clyde tunnel/m8 west - 5mins drive m8 east - 10mins drive the flat honeslty is a fine example within the west end, you will be very happy should you sign up! Debbie, 26, economic advisor, she would be your new flatmate, she is truly fantastic, bubbly and always looks after the flat. (even takes the bins out! :d)she enjoys nights in, nights out, films, music, and lots more.
