I own and live in a 3 beds house near moseley and kings heath, i have an upstairs bathroom, downstairs shower room, big kitchen and big garden.
Additional Details:
The third bedroom is an office but the spare room is a double room that can be furnished or not. I am out 2/3 nights a week coaching or training and most sundays but all other times i love to cook and chill in the house or at the weekends out having a few drinks with friends. I am looking for a friendly person who isn't too crazy, male or female and orientation doesn't matter. Must like dogs as i have a ten month old labrador who will shower you with love at any opportunity. Five minute walk from a railway station and on the main bus routes. Ten minute drive to the city centre.
