I'm looking for someone similar to myself, i'm 31and a black british african male and i'm looking for a male flatmate not only to be my flatmate but hopefully a friend too.

Additional Details:

I work shifts and i am away at least 1 night a week so there's plenty of time to have own time in the house and that. I would like someone who will look after the house and share in the chores such as mowing the lawn from time to time and general household cleaning and maintaining the house as it will be your home too. However i want someone to get along with and have the odd drink and chat to too, i enjoy football and socialising with friends too. The room is a medium size double, it currently is carpeted, has a double bed and shelving and if required i can put a chest of drawers and a wardrobe if needed depending if you have your own furniture etc. The house is completely furnished, it has a separate dining and living room, kitchen with all necessary amenities, and it has central heating in all rooms, 1 baths with electric shower and bath etc and another toilet downstairs. It has two gardens and plenty of parking. The house is five mins by car to western favell shopping centre which has a twenty-four-hour tesco plus other shops. It is on a bus route to the city centre which takes approx twenty mins and the bus comes every eight - 10 mins during peak hours, by car itâs a fifteen minimum drive.
