You will find this a tidy and relatively peaceful/calm household. Also sociable and friendly, occasionally we go out and eat together but mostly tend to do our own thing. I work freelance and on contracts as a web designer. Steve works at a carousel. It's my own place but we're just like normal flatmates, sharing equally. I'm very relaxed, my only requirement being that the kitchen is kept clean! The room is furnished with a fairly new ikea bed, a wardrobe and some shelves. Transport connections are: manor house tube (zone 2) 5-10 mins, turnpike lane 10mins, harringay green lanes rail, five mins, harringay rail, five mins, buses: 29, n29, 141, 341, w5 this is the area of green lanes between manor house (zone 2) and turnpike lane. It also close to crouch end, stroud green and finsbury park. Included in the rent is electricity, gas, water, phone line rental, fast highspeed internet, cable television, television licence and council tax. I will need a reference and 2 mons deposit if you decide to move in! Students considered as long as youre good for the rent and have a mature outlook
