From £30 per night room/s available on a flexible basis, mainly mon-fri, also short-term, vacation-stay, host family etc and flexible arrangements, dependent on dates and availability. There is an extended single room, plus large double with excellent views over the city it's probably a good idea to have a chat/email to establish what it is you are looking for, and what i can offer - as there are several options excellent kitchen and bathroom, spacious rooms, good television [although digital not possible] much nicer than a hotel or b&b . Payment in advance. Please note : ignore the web sites 'min stay' period of one month . Will do short-term from two nights. Also it is £30 per night. There would be a 2 night min. No timewasters please
