Has upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, small porch, spacious living room, a kitchen and a small garden. Area is fairly peaceful and family friendly, but only ten minutes walk to dorchester town centre, five minutes drive to the nearby supermarket and twenty minutes to weymouth (seaside). Must be willing to share household chores and tidy up after themselves. Must be fairly relaxed, easy-going and sociable. Although 1st month will be a little expensive including the referencing fee (88lbs) and deposit (288) to the 350 rent/bills, it will be only 350 every month thereafter - in which; broadband, television, sky+, water, gas, electric, council tax and rent is all included
