A double room to rent in a lovely south facing flat, literally a stones throw from the beach! - with sea views ( i have a dining table that is positioned for a perfect view out to sea :o) ) on southwood rd, hayling island. The room for rent also has sea views. It is near to the local amenities (5 minutes walk to two mini marts and cafe) and has a bus stop across the road that takes you around and off the island (to havant railway station and portsmouth etc) hayling is a terrific place, windsurfing was invented here, kitesurfing is very large, sailing and surfing! And more the rent is £90 per week inclusive of all bills (including wireless internet) the room has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The flat has been newly decorated with state of the art kitchen and bathroom :o) there is parking and also shared use of the outside lock up for bikes etc. Hey. I am looking for a professional person, mid 20's to early 30's, who still likes to have a laugh. Tidy would be cool also. The best way is to give me a call and we can take it from there...
