A large double room,newly decorated with new bedding(inc spare set)and towels included.lots of storage (4 very big drawers that serve like ottomans) and a closet.hardwood floor and original victorian fireplace feature. Large shared bathroom with bath and large walk in shower. All bills included house is fully central heated and double glazed with wifi access. Kitchen has all modcons. Living area included with large open fire,french doors(for any smokers)television with freeview,video disc player,cd player all in room and spare portable television to be used in bedroom when required. Dining area with 4seater(can seat 6)brand new trendy wooden table which leads from kitchen and living room. A very comfortable home currently one other lodger female professional great tenant(i lived with her for 2 mons)who works long hours and has a seperate living room for herself. It is a very well decorated comfortable home unusual for a houseshare it was my home for 9 years before a recent move abroad so am looking for someone to treat it as a home for the duration of the stay:-) 4min walk from northern line railway station(7mins from city ctr 10mins from ormskirk) all bus routes within walkable distance max 7mins walk. Excellent choice of local shops 3 minimum walk.
