I need a replacement asap who can sign the contract before the 24th of augest. Viewings can be arranged straight away. First months rent has already been paid. Situated on trippet lane, just off west street-where all the bars and restaurants are, which is the best place for be as itâs the centre of town. Close to sheffield railway station, the central tram stop in town and buses. The room for rent is room two in apartment two in anglo works. Itâs £3640 for the whole year starting on july the first which works out to be £70 lbs a week all bills included. Itâs a shared apartment for ten people. All other rooms have already been let however i am looking for a replacement for this room as i am changing universities and will no longer be needing the room. The room itself is very spacious and contains a double bed. The building is only a few years old and has therefore got a very state of the art look. If you need somewhere to live asap this is your place. Im trying to look for a quick transfer. This room could be yours tomorrow! In regards to coulpes. The landlord states the contract is for individuals however there is more then enough room for 2 people to stay in this room. In regards to couples the landlord says the contract is for individuals however there is enough room got a couple to stay in this room.
