We would like a house mate to join us (1female and one male - not a couple) in our newly built three bedroomed house.
Additional Details:
The house has a garden, decking, drive and garage and is located at the end of a cul de sac so is peaceful and safe. We are about two minutes away from the m62 and about five mins from the m1 so great for getting anywhere. We also live five mins away from both asda and morrisons and tesco is also nearby. We are both professionals that work in leeds mon - fri and are looking for someone that is sociable, friendly and tidy and that doesn't mind cats - as we have 2, although you probably won't see them much. We are both friendly and helpful and enjoy sport, especially cycling and running, socialising and cooking. If you are interested, please feel free to get in touch.
