Brighton, east sussex i have a light, double room to let in my comfortable non smoking home in the friendly area of hanover, fifteen minutes walk from brighton station, a few minutes to queens park and ten minutes to the beach.
Additional Details:
i'm looking for mature, professional or post graduate student females only please. Experience in sharing a flat and conscious about cleaning and mutual respect is a must. It's a fairly peaceful but creative, musical non-smoking house. Please, no big television watchers! (although there is a television in the lounge for occasional use).
the maisonette is on two story with the room for rent on the 1st floor next to the kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Its furnished with all mod cons including wifi broadband. Theres a a small back garden and free on street parking. I eat fish, but not meat so non-meat eater preferred although not essential.
the room is a good size with comfortable double bed, clothes rail, drawers and shelves.
rent includes bills but twenty extra needed for council tax.
