the room which is currently available has built in wardrobes, dressing table/desk and cupboards providing loads of storage area. The room comes with a single pine bed but can accommodate a double bed should you wish to have one. This room overlooks the garden which is very quiet. 80 per week or (346 pcm) bills incl. Utilities, council tax, television.
the larger room has a double bed, a large wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, a small side table, a dressing table/draws, a built in cupboard with shelves and shelving on the wall, cask iron fire place, wood flooring, attractive room fittings, curtains and blinds (see pics). This room is available from the 17th june 2012. 85 per week (or 368 pcm) incl. Bills.
the house is situated in safe and quite area, easy walk to chants and prinny ave. Throughout the house has been refurbished to a very high standard, brand new boiler, double glazed, open plan lounge with oak laminante flooring, real open fires, patio doors leading to garden and shared drive. The kitchen - includes all white goods - cloths washer, dish washer, microwave etc. Bathroom - simply divine! See pics
short-term lets available e. G. 7-14 nights. Twenty per night per person (couples welcome on short-term basis.
myself - i'm 34, alternative lefty, enjoy growing veggies, into eco-sustainable lifestyles, creative art projects, nature, dancing, socialising, foraging, skipping ....i'm hoping to be away for much of the summer but popping back here and there.
this house share would suit working women aged between 25-45 who neither want to live in a party house or a library, but a balance between the two. Sorry but no pets, dss accepted.
