Hi my name is emma and my girlfriend and i are looking for a nice double room to rent.

Ideally it will have enough space for a desk or we would be looking to rent / share another room too (depending on price) as we are in the process of setting up our own business. We have been renting together now for almost 3 yrs and are very reliable tenants (references available). My girlfriend, cat, and i both love sport and spending time with family so spend quite a lot of time out of the house at weekends.
