I am 26yrs old student studying sociology postgraduate in the university of manchester.

I am not a tidy freak but i like living in a neat and clean environment. I enjoy photography, art and culture, movies, music, performances (theatre, dances, etc), travelling, and night outs. I like making new friends. I am looking for a double room (house or flat) in city centre, preferable at/ near to the gay village to support my future phd research. I am looking to live in a place with 2-3 people who are open minded with gays. I like to get on with the people i live with therefore i expect to have flatmate(s) who can be good friends. My ideal price is £300-£400pcm and max budget is £480pcm including all bills (water, electricity, gas, broadband, council tax, and television license).
