I am 29 yrs old and work full time as a business adviser.

I work from home a few days a weeks so i am looking for a double spacious room with internet access. I love cooking and will be willing to cook for my flat m8 now and then.i visit the gymnasium five times a week and also go rock climbing, i am very into my sports etc and love to keep fit and healthy. I do go away some weekends so will be out of the house/apartment most weekends. I am very clean and tidy and will look after your house as it was my own. I am looking to share with a non smoker who is sociable, proff and tidy. Would like double room with plenty of storage and maybe a desk and chair for me to work when i am working from home. Would like to share a house with a garden so can enjoy the outside space when the weather is good.
