I have recently moved out of this town house in the centre of reading.

The station, shops, bars and restaurants are literally on the doorstep but it's a peaceful road off 1 of the main streets that many people don't know exists! There are 3 beds in total over three floors. First level consisting of two reception rooms, kitchen and utility room with cloths washer and tumble dryer. 2 doors access a lovely secluded court yard. 1st floor has one beds (occupied by my old housemate), a small office and a good sized bathroom with bath and shower. 2nd floor holds the two double rooms available; 1 has built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers but ultimately is unfurnished. I enjoyed living there very much but have now moved with my partner so we have the two rooms to rent. My friend who is still living there is a friendly 27 year old professional who likes socialising but also time to herself. All living areas are shared and she does have two friendly cats. Parking is available but it is permit parking, the road doesn't get very busy at all and my car was always safe there. Please contact me if you are interested in arranging a viewing.
