I would like to have a room mate with cleanliness and could able to adjust with me..it would be better if the room is near to university of leicester.
Additional Details:
There is no major restriction on the single/double type room as it would be less time that we stay in the room ...as it would happen in weekends mostly. I am fun loving guy who will understand the situation and behave accordingly. I am straight forward and honest in giving my opinion. Also, i would prefer if there are more number of part time jobs available in abundance near to the room. My hobbies are playing shuttle badminton and cricket. I would like to have a nearby children's playground so that it would be easy for having fun at times. I have completed my engineering in it and have 3.5yrs of experience in it which i can give guidance in any technical issues or problems with respect to it.
