We have a comfortable massive double room/sitting area on the first level of our large 4 beds family house - a warm and inviting place for the right person.

The house is near hove park and fifteen minutes walk to hove railway station or two minutes to the many buses which run into brighton and the universities or a twenty minute walk to the beach. It is a residential area with no parking restrictions. The room can be furnished or you are welcome to bring your own stuff if you wish. Included in the rent - heating, utilities, usual kitchen facilities, council tax. You will share the large comfortable kitchen/dining/lounge area, and the garden. We are looking for a non-smoker, someone clean, conscientious and reliable. I have a small daughter (5) and it is a family home rather than a party house. Weâre looking for a like-minded sensitive soul who can share our family space but who is independent. 1 month's deposit and references are required. Private landlord. No agency charges.
